Let's face it.  Most real estate professionals perform similar services for their clients, providing assistance in buying or selling real estate.  The point of differentiation for those brokers who are successful in this business is a matter of degree - marked by the level of quality service they provide for their clients.  This is the cornerstone of my business.

You see, I'm not interested in selling a huge number of homes each year.  I'm focused on having several extremely satisfied clients every year, knowing that they'll recommend me to their friends and coworkers when the time is right for them to buy or sell their homes.

That's why I'm committed to a goal of 100% satisfaction with each and every client.  I use an outside company to measure my client's satisfaction, and post those scores on the web for everyone to see.  Similar in some respects to eBay's rating system, this satisfaction index puts my service delivery front and center.  So you know that I'm all about delivering high quality service.
